Subscribe and let music motivate you! Everyone who subscribes to this blog "email list" will only receive 1 to 2 emails per month at the most - one on the first week, and the other, if one is sent, on the third week of every month. The one or possibly two emails sent out each month will contain a summary of my weekly posts which are explained below. I will never sell or share your email or contact info with others.
On Mondays I post a "Monday Motivator" featuring my latest "Motivation in a Minute" and an original "Piano Art" I have created. On Tuesdays I post my "Theory Tip Tuesday" instructional video (a 5 - 10 minute video that teaches the Fundamentals of music theory and the practical application of how students can take music theory and arrange and composing music of their own. Those subscribed to the blog will also receive the accompanying PDF exercises, handout, example, etc. that goes along with the video tutorial from each of the weeks. I like to refer to these skills as mastering what I call Theory Therapy, Innovative Improvisation, and Creative Composition. On Wednesday's I share a "Wednesday's Words of Wisdom," and on the first Friday of each month I share one of the videos featuring one of my "COOL SONGS" from my 21 music books. You can watch me play the music and, if you'd like to, can purchase the PDF piece or the book from which it was taken (one of my 21 music books). Since you are subscribed to my blog, you can also enter "coolsongs" at checkout when it asks if you have a coupon and you will automatically receive a 15% off discount on all purchases every time. This is my way of saying thank you for subscribing to my blog.
Let me know if you have an idea for a "Motivation in a Minute" blog post, "Theory Tip Tuesday" instructional video, or a "Wednesday's Words of Wisdom" post that you would like me to write. Also let me know if you have an idea for a new "Cool Song" you'd like me to compose to teach a theory concept for you or your piano students.
Occasionally I will have blog posts that feature product reviews for pianos, keyboards, instruments, music software, technology, workout equipment, self help books, products I endorse and enjoy and even trips and excursions I recommend and have taken.
I look forward to your feedback! Thanks so much for connecting! If you have any questions about music theory, improvisation, arranging, or composing that you would like answered, please don't hesitate to contact me. I try to respond to each question as quickly as I can. Thanks again!
